Welcome to TAP Las Vegas where we will be hosting the First Annual
T.A.P. Duel in the Desert!

July 19, 20 and 21, 2008

Extend your stay and enjoy the sights and shows! Weeknight rates are only $47.00!

Greetings from Cindy in sunny Las Vegas! My husband Jeff and I own and operate the TAP Las Vegas. Pool has always been our passion and we love running the league.

For your trip, be sure to bring your shorts, tank tops and flip flops for this grand event! This may be the only tournament you enter where you don't mind if you lose :o) The days are hot, but the casinos are always cool! There is lots to do on any budget.

Below is a list of my favorites. I grew up in Las Vegas and can help you decide what you want to do during your stay.....from the casinos to the great outdoors.

If it is a show you want to take in, I highly recommend "LOVE," a Beatles tribute. Click on the picture below for details and to book your reservation.

Be sure to take the Las Vegas Monorail to the MGM to see the south side of The Strip. From there, you can walk across the street to the Excalibur. The Excalibur has a FREE tram to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay.

For a taste of old Vegas, my absolute favorite for gambling is the world famous Fremont Experience. Plan to spend an evening here. There is a lot to see, cheap drinks, penny slots and free street concerts most every night. The largest part of the Fremont Experience is the Viva Vision canopy and light show. The canopy towers 90 feet above the ground and spans the length of five football fields. Featuring more than 12 million LED modules and 555,000-watt sound system.

For a look at the outdoors, I recommend the historical Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon. Dress in light, cool clothing and don't forget the sunblock!

If you really want to venture outdoors, my favorite place to go is Zion National Park. People come from all over the world to see this great park and hike in the canyons. It is about a 2 1/2 hour drive and I would plan to stay overnight. There are lots of good places to stay. My favorite is a little bed and breakfast, the Harvest House.
